Terms of use

Last updated 2 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Sashimi.fun website and interface (the "Interface"). By using the Interface you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

1. What Sashimi.fun is

Sashimi.fun is a non-custodial web interface to a set of open, immutable smart contracts deployed on the Arc blockchain (the "Protocol"). The Interface lets you view on-chain data and compose transactions that you sign and broadcast from your own wallet. We never hold your keys, your USDC or your tokens, and we cannot reverse, pause or modify any transaction.

2. Tokens are created by users

Every token on the Protocol is created by a user, not by us. We do not endorse, verify, audit or vouch for any token, its creator, its name, its image, or any claim made about it anywhere. Names and images may impersonate real people or projects. Do your own research.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain-based assets. You may not use the Interface if you are a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.

4. No advice, no offer

Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Risk signals, labels, rankings and points are informational tools derived from chain data; they are not recommendations and they can be wrong.

5. Fees

The Protocol charges the fees published on the docs page. They are encoded in the smart contracts and shown before every transaction. Network gas is paid separately to the blockchain.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Interface to violate any law, infringe intellectual property or publicity rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, attack the Interface or its infrastructure, or interfere with other users. We may hide any token, comment or content from the Interface at our discretion. Doing so never affects the on-chain Protocol, which is permissionless.

7. Disclaimers

THE INTERFACE AND THE PROTOCOL ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The smart contracts have not been audited by a third party. Blockchain networks, wallets and RPC providers may fail or behave unexpectedly. Arc is a new network in early production. You accept all of these risks.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data or opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Interface or the Protocol, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Third parties

The Interface links to third-party services (wallets, block explorers, Uniswap, IPFS gateways, social networks). We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Sashimi.fun is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Circle Internet Group, Inc. Arc™ and USDC® are trademarks of Circle Internet Group, Inc.

10. Changes

We may change these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
